    Christine Achtermeier
    Business Manager, Indirect Channel, Outlook Group

    Christine Achtermeier is a well-rounded packaging veteran with 30+ years of experience in both the distribution channel and packaging manufacturing. Christine has held positions in many sectors of the business, from operational to estimating, customer service management, and channel and sales management. She brings a diverse background to Outlook Group leading the Indirect Channel business.

    As a customer-centric packaging professional, Christine specializes in assisting print distributors grow their business with her consultative approach and packaging industry expertise in folding cartons, flexible packaging and variable data labeling.

    Christine is part of Outlook Group’s Leadership Team and is an active PSDA member who enjoys educating print distributors in the packaging arena. She has participated in PSDA for several years and spearheaded the efforts in growing Outlook Group’s presence in various PSDA segments as evidenced by the 2018 Top Trade Printers.

    Roger Buck
    President, Emerging Solutions Now, LLC

    Roger Buck is a 45-year veteran of the print industry and owner of Emerging Solutions Now, LLC. He is a past recipient of the PSDA Manufacturer of the Year, PSDA Member of the Year award and serves as the chairman for the Print Education and Research Foundation (PERF), a non-profit foundation supporting education in the print industry. In 2013, he was inducted into the Ben Frankly Honor Society. ESN provides marketing consulting to clients in various industries to help them with customer segmentation, list acquisition, media selection, program implementation, tracking and ROI reporting.  Buck is also an associate with Corporate Development Associates, a mergers and acquisitions firm.     Ron Canupp
    Director of Business Development, Xpress Signs and Graphics

    As a graduate of Saint Leo College and Wichita State University, Ron Canupp learned leadership and professional development skills early in his career. He is an Army veteran and has been in the commercial graphics industry for over 27 years. Ron spent 10 years as an art director for a national vinyl converter/screen printer, so he understands color and electronic art better than most. The past 17 years Ron has assisted brands and retailers in creating influence In-Store for 3 of the most technologically advanced digital print companies in the country. His experience and vast knowledge of POP/POS products, materials and adhesives is second to none. Over the years he has developed a unique understanding and working knowledge of all digital large format equipment and is often consulted with prior to equipment purchases. Ron and his wife Melissa live in Wichita, KS, and share five daughters and two grandsons. He enjoys Wichita State Basketball, Oklahoma Football, and spending time with family.

    Tracey Evans
    Postal Operations Expert

    Tracey Evans was named the President of Royal Alliance beginning August 1, 2018. He is responsible for Managing and growing the mail software company. During his 25-year career at Pitney Bowes (formerly PSI Group Inc), Mr. Evans helped grow the company from 6 locations in 1995 to 36 locations across the US. PBPS was able to increase their mail volume from 3.3 million pieces per day to over 55 million pieces per day.

    As Vice President of Operations Mr. Evans led PBPS interactions with the USPS in the following programs: conversions to IMB, Full Service, Seamless Acceptance, E-induction. Mr. Evans is a member NAPM, MTAC, and NPPC.

    Jim Fairbairn
    Business Development Manager, Independent Folders

    Jim Fairbairn has been a Business Development Manager  with Independent Folders for nearly 20 years. He has spent the majority of his career in the print industry, gaining experiences in areas such as Sales, Customer Service, and Estimating. He loves helping clients grow their business through print and being a print resource. As Business Development Manager he specializes in relationship building and is a strategic partner for all of his clients.

    Nathan Goldberg
    President, Specialized Office Systems, Inc.

    Nathan Goldberg is President of family owned and operated Specialized Office Systems, based in Phoenix, Arizona with offices in surrounding states. Nathan has a Marketing Degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Arizona State University. Nathan joined Specialized in 2000 and has been involved in all aspects of his distributorship including their small format offset and digital manufacturing facility since. Nathan is always looking for ways to help other companies in our industry and outside by creating a more compelling offer of help to their customers. As a board member, it is his goal to help continue the important work that the association has embarked on while creating a more compelling offer to new members and others who will benefit from our excellent programs, conversations, networking and products.

    Beth Marston

    Now 20 years into my print industry career, I marvel at how it continues to change. New technology and processes have played their role, but the changes in how we deliver products to our customers has been the space I have focused on since earning degrees in International Business and Economics. My career has been one of integrating companies and people in both large corporations like Taylor Corporation to smaller individually owned companies, from business cards to sophisticated corporate identity programs. And now, in today’s connected business world, I am able to enjoy all of this from my home in Colorado. My favorite diversions are participation in community outreach projects, and enjoying the beauty of my adopted state.

    Tressa McLaughlin
    President and CEO, The SOLV Group

    Tressa helps her employees help you. As President and CEO, her favorite part of the job is “watching an employee grow and develop into their own—it makes me so proud I get teary-eyed.” This native Idahoan loves the many hats she wears; her job is full of variety, creativity and puzzle-solving. “The harder and more complex the issues, the more I love it.”

    Outside of work, Tressa watches her boys run track and cheers on the Broncos (she’s a BSU football season ticket holder). She’s a fan of camping, boating, traveling, reading and scrapbooking. Lesser-known facts about Tressa: she was born at St. Luke’s Hospital in Boise, went to Boise State University and never left. She met her husband when they were both juniors at Capitol High. Oh, and she happens to love hard rock (think AC/DC, Motley Crüe, the Scorpions).

    Emily Myers
    Vice President of Sales and Marketing, BCSI

    Emily Myers is a veteran in helping distributors to manage through the business card and stationery needs of their clients. Over the past 20 years, she has helped equip distributors to sell print programs and automate their processes through integration with dozens of automated ordering platforms. As the VP of Sales & Marketing at BCSI, she collaborates daily with sales reps and CSR’s at print distributors to help them create and keep happy customers.

    Bill Osteraas
    Vice President of Channel Development, Four51

    Bill Osteraas is a B2B eCommerce Evangelist, Sales Guy by day (VP of Sales and Business Development at Four51) and Nerd by night (BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute). Bill has over 15 years of experience helping enterprises grow their revenue, process orders more efficiently and create value from their technology choices via cloud-based B2B eCommerce technology. His only bad habit (according to his wife and his boss) is playing too much golf.

    Jennifer Richey
    CEO, Chief Strategy Officer and Founder, Gravity Jack

    Jennifer Richey is a southern California native, transplanted to the great northwest. Along with being a technology futurist and entrepreneur, she is a mother of four, a professional triathlete, fitness model, extreme athlete and skydiver.

    Jennifer has been in the technology sector since leaving school to help kickoff a startup in 2002. Her first foray into technology was as the CFO of Tometa Software, a custom software development company that was acquired in 2007. From this, Jennifer went on to assume the same role at PlayXpert, a gaming company and, in 2009, helped spearhead the formation of Gravity Jack.

    Anthony Rouse
    President and CEO, Team Concept Printing

    Anthony Rouse is the CEO and Founder of Team Concept Printing in Carol Stream, Illinois. Anthony started the Company on April 1, 1998 with 8 employees working in a 5,000 square foot facility in Addison, Illinois. Tony has since led Team Concept Printing to blossom into one of the most well-known and largest printers in the Midwest with over 60 employees housed in a 42,000 sq. ft. facility.

    A very diverse arsenal of equipment has made Team Concept Printing one of the most dynamic printers in the country, and Tony keeps his foot on the gas pedal, determined to continue growth and success not often seen in this industry. While Tony has great focus on growing the business with new clients, one of the things he is most proud of is his continued relationship with customers who have been with him since day one.

    A multiple Entrepreneur of the Year award winner, Tony’s curiosity and fascination with focusing on the right employee/s for the job has enabled Team Concept Printing to consistently win service awards in the printing industry. Though his passion in his work is enormous, Tony sees his most important role as being a father to his three children and a loving husband to his wife. Tony and his family reside in St. Charles Illinois, the city in which he was born in over 50 years ago.

    Eli Sackett is President of Foundry Commerce. He has over 15 years of experience in the print and promotional product technology industry, participating in over 5,000 solution demonstrations to end users of technology applications. His current position provides an opportunity to develop features that come directly out of the conversations with system users.

    Joel has spent the past 25+ years in sales, sales management and executive management, dedicated to helping companies and their people grow. He has focused his efforts on building disciplined and highly successful sales organizations, consistently developing other sales leaders as well as long-lasting client relationships.

    With an exceptional track record in driving rapid revenue and profit growth, Joel has earned multiple recognitions across the printing, staffing and health care industries as a customer-focused thought leader. Immediately prior to joining Butler Street as a principal, Joel enjoyed executive sales management experience working primarily in the health care industry, focused on staffing, revenue cycle, health information management and disruptive technology.

    He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sales/Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Joel resides in Germantown, Tennessee, with his wife Lisa and two children, Ethan and Emerson. Joel spends his free time doing CrossFit, fishing and is a board member for the Memphis Area Golden Retriever Rescue group.
