    Set Up Meetings with Exhibitors Using the P2P Appointment-Setting Program

    We're excited to announce the new P2P appointment-setting tool! This program allows you to set up meetings with exhibitors ahead of time so that you can make the most out of your time at P2P. All attendees will receive a personal URL via email to begin reviewing profiles and requesting appointments. Didn't receive a URL or having trouble with the tool? Contact with any questions.


    On the appointment request page, follow these simple steps to request appointments:

    1. Press “Click here” at the top of the page to search and schedule appointments.
    2. Click on the name of the person you would like to request an appointment with.
    3. Click “Request Appointment.”
    4. If you wish, write a message introducing yourself and click “Next.”
    5. Your message and appointment request will then be sent to the individual, who can approve and select a meeting time.
    6. Once the appointment time is confirmed, you will see it on your profile page under “Appointments."


    How to approve and accept appointments:

    1. As appointments are requested, you will see a message from the individual request under your “Inbox.”
    2. Click on the name to approve the appointment and set an appointment time. Please note: The system will only display time slots available for both you and the requestee. All time slots are in 15-minute increments.
    3. Once the appointment time has been selected and you approve the appointment, the appointment will display on both your calendar and the requestee's calendar.

    Other helpful information:

    • If you need to cancel a meeting, just click on the individual’s name the appointment is with and hit “cancel” on the bottom left of the page.
    • If you are unavailable at certain times, you can block out your own timeslots when you are in your appointment homepage by clicking  “Edit Timeslots” at the bottom of the page.
    • To update your personal information, click “Update your Profile Information.” You can update your contact information here and add a photo or logo.
